It is great to see that the amazing working our Voices Group undertook is still being used and appreciated. We are very proud to have been able to pass this letter from the NAIRO (National Association of Independent Reviewing Officers) to our Voices Group.

Hello everyone.

I am writing from NAIRO which is the national organisation for Independent Reviewing Officers (IROs).

In October 2019 Courtney and Adam came to the conference that we held in London, to tell us about the video you all made. Everyone was really impressed with your work, but unfortunately there were technical problems at the last minute, so we were not able to show your video as we had expected to. We were all extremely disappointed about that.

We have just held another National Conference on 18 March 2021. It took place virtually. I am pleased to be able to let you know that we were able to show your video this time, and to send it to all the people who attended the conference afterwards.

Thank you so much for sharing your work with us again. We are pleased that we were able to do your work justice in being able to showcase your video this time. Well done, - it is good to know that you have achieved the recognition that you deserve.
